Full marks to @barnett for replying with a solution quickly: open the page in a private browser window, accept the expired cert, and you get the web UI 👌

So, looking in the logs for the LetsEncrypt app on HAOS, it was loading at boot time, but failing to connect to the #mythicBeasts API endpoint (see attached image).

What's interesting is the timestamps on the log entries. I absolutely was not trying to do this at 05:00 (although the date is correct).

Productive evening spent retiring a flaky old SWAG container that (sometimes) renewed my #letsEncrypt certs with a much more robust dehydrated script using DNS01 validation with #mythicBeasts

Hopefully this will help anyone else who wants to use Home Assistant over SSL when your nameserver is provided by Mytic Beasts and you need to use a DNS challenge with LetsEncrypt.

Still can't get DNS to work correctly without using an upstream resolver (which then bundles my traffic and screws rate limits on DNSBL systems).

Anyone running an IPv6-only server and got Unbound to do DNS resolution, including on subdomains of `sa-trusted.bondedsender.org`?

DNS64/NAT64 is all fine. But logs suggest that it's still trying to contact IPv4 DNS servers at the end.

First domain transferred over to use Mythic Beasts nameservers, DNS and email. First time using their control panel and I'm pretty impressed with it. Will try and move another domain tonight.
