As more and more information emerges from DNA studies it becomes obvious that things some of us are criticised or looked down on for are not our 'fault'.
I've never been a morning person. My last boss used to comment on me arriving at work about 9.30. But she left by 4pm and I finished about 6pm, and often stayed if needed for cover until 7pm. -
Where are my morning people? I’m almost pathologically a lark in that no matter what time I go to bed, I will wake up around 5 or 6am. I’m incapable of sleeping in. Like if I do sleep until 8am it’s late and kinda disorienting 😂
Case in point: went to bed around midnight last night, up at 5:25. Sigh.
