Maintenance Monday tip 🛠
Take 5 minutes to clean your bathroom exhaust fan:
– Pop off the cover
– Vacuum the dust
– Wipe it down
Then do the “tissue test” – if a tissue won’t stay up against the vent when the fan is on, it may not be pulling enough air.Less moisture = less peeling paint and mildew.

Show your range hood some love today and clean the filter. Grease build-up can be a fire hazard and keeps smoke & cooking smells hanging around. Pop the filter out, soak it in hot soapy water, rinse, dry, and reinstall. Easy win for a safer kitchen.
