James Thomas Walsh (born June 19, 1947) is an American #Republican #politician from #SyracuseNewYork. Currently a government affairs counselor for K & L Gates in #WashingtonDC, Walsh retired from the #UnitedStatesHouseOfRepresentatives in 2009 after serving for twenty years. Walsh represented a portion of #CentralNewYork, that is now known as the state's #24thCongressionalDistrict. While in Congress, Walsh was a member of the #UnitedStatesHouseCommitteeOnAppropriations for 16 years.
