Spotted this headstone at the old cemetery in Reykjavik last year. Love how the moss has become a decorative element on it.
There's an information board at the cemetery stating that they have some rare moss species growing there. I wish I could tell which ones.

Can anyone help me identify this specific Lichen? It’s covering - and I mean absolutely COVERING - the NW-facing side of a dry stone wall on an exposed coastal path, North Devon, UK. It looks like a beard lichen/oakmoss type thing, but the habitat and material suggest not! Many thanks for any help!
