// #臺北市 淨零排放管理自治條例 終於獲中央核定。#淨零轉型 不能只是口號，行政效率必須跟上全球暖化的速度。
世界氣象組織宣布2023年是有記錄以來人類歷史上最熱的一年，這幾年氣候變化劇烈，尤其漫長的夏天酷熱難熬，氣候變遷造成全球環境的影響嚴重又緊急，100多個國家、1000多個城市早已宣示要在2050年之前達到淨零排放。我擔任臺北市長時期，當然也要促使臺北市加入守護地球、守護下一代的行列，於是環保局推動全國首部淨零立法「臺北市淨零排放自治條例」，並在2022年6月三讀通過，7月送交行政院，如今 #一年半 過去，終於中央核定。
#節能減碳 不能只是 #隨口說說 的環保口號，而是要變成每個人民的生活日常，即便我已經卸任臺北市長一年多，也希望當初的立法能讓臺北市全力促進城市淨零轉型，公部門率先示範，督促大企業跟進，再帶動人民落實淨零轉型目標。台灣民眾黨 也會繼續推動淨零轉型相關立法，讓全臺灣都能跟先進國家同步邁向零碳未來。

However, I want to tell everyone that there is a reason why democracy has one person, one vote. It is to protect the weak.Because they are more vulnerable in society, one person, one vote is set on the ballot to prevent them from being marginalized by society. I personally still affirm the function of democracy in the world, so we should not complain.
