  4. OKR objectives sind m.E. oft wie walmart motivation standups: Übertrieben und deplaziert 😉

    Im Prinzip lesen sich viele objectives wie "Lass uns eine Brücke bauen, die doppelt so lang ist wie die Schlucht". Das ist weder inspirierend, noch motivierend. Das klingt nicht unrealistisch, sondern alle wissen, daß das Unsinn ist.

    Warum fällt es oft so schwer, gute "Teil-Visionen" zu formulieren?!

  6. #KeyResults should be #outcomes, measures of #HumanBehavior. Behavior is action oriented meaning your #KR's should be verbs. Via @jboogie
