It's always wild to me how rare it is for organizations to define the terms they use in strategy and goal setting. If you ask 100 people what strategy means, you're going to get 100 different answers.
Having a documented, shared strategy and goal language reduces confusion and increases alignment.

I keep hearing from EOS Implementers (and others who work with EOS) who've quietly added No-BS OKRs to their toolkit.
EOS is a godsend for a lot of organizations -- they're achieving clearer roles, better rhythm in their meetings, and finding better focus.
But two things keep coming up:

Why are OKRs so much more complicated and difficult for organizations to implement than Scrum? Because Scrum has standards that organizations put effort into learning, when they adopt it. OKRs don't always get that same kind of learning effort.
