I almost regret I signed up for the #IOP conf in #Harrogate (some 130km from your event) on the same week… Programme is more suited for my research, but @Co_Biologists
has this scheme :"We are delighted to announce #Sustainable Travel Incentives for those travelling to our #Biologists @ 100 #conference. Sustainable #rail incentives up to £150 will be available for #internationalTrain journeys"
(not a money question… although my CNRS funding is currently inaccessible)

Hello people who take international trains in Europe:
I am trying to book a train from the Netherlands to Copenhagen for the last week in July; have been trying for a few weeks, and it seems that the DSB (Danish) still don't have tickets available for the summer past July 23. Any one else run into this, or have any thoughts on when tickets might be available?

It's a #CP (Comboios de Portugal) three-wagons noisy diesel #train, but you can only buy the ticket from Spanish #Renfe.
Seat assignment is automatic, so families have to negotiate with other passengers if they want to travel together.
Children below 4 travel for free, but they don't get a seat.
