I've tried to combine the #HotSanta of the #CuratorPrompts with a #masterstudy of a Sundblom Santa.
Didn't really finish it though. If you look at the "kids" in the shadows, you can see how simple and ugly my first sketches turn out sometimes.😅
Maybe I'll finsh this later, but I've got a lot other things to paint now.

Art prompt on art.mastodon was reimagining Santa in the Southern Hemisphere … and that made me realise too many people don’t know the joy of watching your uncles all burning under the summer sun while the shitty CD player is blaring Buble.

Here's an idea for a longer #CuratorPrompts - redesign Xmas for the Southern Hemisphere, where it lands in the middle of summer. What does Santa look like? The ornaments, decorations? How are the traditions changed to be more hot-weather-centric?

Contribute as much/little as you like; character design, ornaments, world building.
