This is some excellent research on a group that calls itself the Northwest Pioneer Association (NPA). Its goal is to make good on the dreams of late neo-nazi Harold Covington, who sought to establish an all-white "homeland" in the Pacific Northwest of the US.

Of particular note is the participant who teaches at West Point -- yes, that West Point, the prestigious military academy.

There's a lot of detail in here, including a lot about Covington's ideas and personal info about NPA participants. Check and see if one of them is your neighbor!
