This is how my Corner of the Shed proof is looking with five colours down.
I will adjust colours tomorrow. And tab up paper.

Made three more screens last night. This is the yellow screen and shows you all the pencil marks which I am using in this new print. (I am aware that it also looks yellow but all the screens for printing on paper are yellow!) What I mean is the ink will be yellow.
I'm really happy because the fine detail came out ok, including the pastel marks in the orange screen.
Tonight I will make the final three screens and hopefully tomorrow I will print a proof.

Made two screens this evening after having a very productive meeting about our print fair.
Printing bags tomorrow and then the Town and Country Hare print on Sunday.
We are almost more than ready for Bovey!

One of the two types of printmaking I do is linocut.
The other is screenprinting.
I like linocut for the spontenaity, for the fact that you can very quickly set up and print something. I do enjoy carving the lino to a degree.
I like screenprinting for different reasons. It appeals to me as an art form; I enjoy experimenting with screenprinting and natural media.
