10 lat Kuchni Konfliktu

Kuchnia Konfliktu kończy 10 lat. Szok, co? Świętuj z nami!
14:30–17:00 — warsztat Afro Dance z Manzim
17:00–21:00 — benefitowy kiermasz i stoisko z koszulkami, czapkami i chustami Kuchni
18:00–19:00 — rozmowa z zespołem Kuchni Konfliktu

Dokładnie dekadę temu otworzyłyśmy bistro współtworzone przez osoby z doświadczeniem uchodźczym. Od początku chciałyśmy, żeby było czymś więcej niż miejscem z dobrym jedzeniem - przestrzenią wsparcia dla uchodźców i uchodźczyń, spotkań przy wspólnym stole, opowiadania historii przez smaki i przełamywania stereotypów.
Przez te lata zjadłyśmy i zjedliśmy razem niezliczone ilości hingalszy, pilawu, dolm i mant. Były rozmowy, tańce, warsztaty kulinarne, wydarzenia edukacyjne i dużo śmiechu. Było też dużo kryzysów, ale jeszcze więcej osób, które nas przez te wszystkie lata wspierały i na różne sposoby współtworzyły tę inicjatywę.
Dziś na Wilczej gotują Kobiety Wędrowne - z tą samą gościnnością, energią i najlepszym jedzeniem. My naszą energię kierujemy teraz przede wszystkim tam, gdzie wsparcie jest najbardziej potrzebne: prowadzimy Dom Interwencyjny, bezpieczne miejsce dla osób z doświadczeniem migracji i uchodźstwa. To nie tylko dach nad głową, ale też indywidualne wsparcie, obecność i trochę spokoju na start w Polsce. Szczególną uwagę w naszej pracy poświęcamy osobom szczególnie narażonym na wykluczenie, w tym kobietom oraz osobom LGBTQIA+.
Dlatego spotykamy się, żeby poświętować, potańczyć i zebrać środki na dalsze działanie Domu. W planie: warsztat taneczny z Manzim, który razem z Kuchnią prowadził zajęcia w ramach Refugee Dance Club, dyskusja z zespołem Kuchni, kiermasz, distro i tańce z Cumbią Warszawa.
Bo przez 10 lat zmieniło się dużo, ale jedno pozostało niezmienne: jesteśmy po stronie osób z doświadczeniem drogi.

Jak tworzyć miejsca, które odpowiadają na kryzysy tam, gdzie państwo i instytucje nie nadążają?
Z okazji 10-lecia Kuchni Konfliktu porozmawiamy o tym, jak z ograniczonych narzędzi, oddolnej solidarności i codziennej praktyki powstają rozwiązania wypełniające luki systemu oraz zmieniające sposób myślenia o integracji, pomocy i wspólnocie. To będzie rozmowa o budowaniu instytucji od dołu, nie pomimo kryzysów, lecz właśnie w odpowiedzi na nie.Panelistki:
Paulina Piórkowska: członiki zarządu Fundacji Kuchnia Konfliktu. Od lat pracuje z grupami szczególnie wrażliwymi, w tym z osobami z doświadczeniem migracji i uchodźctwa, realizując działania pomocowe, edukacyjne i interwencyjne.
Sitora Yusupova: dziennikarka, edukatorka i asystentka międzykulturowa. Prowadzi autorski podcast "Nowy tryb życia", w którym opowiada o doświadczeniach uchodźców w Polsce.
Prowadząca: Katarzyna Czarnota: "Czas Kultury", autorka i prowadząca serii podcastów "Stany Wyjątkowe". Socjolożka związana z Border Forensics i Helsińską Fundacją Praw Człowieka.

Cumbia Warszawa to kolektyw promujący muzykę Ameryki Południowej w Polsce i Europie poprzez organizację koncertów, imprez oraz budowanie pomostu między Polską a Kolumbią i Meksykiem. Przez trzy lata kolektyw zorganizował około 30 wydarzeń muzycznych w Polsce, w tym koncerty z udziałem gości z Ameryki Łacińskiej, Kolumbii, Meksyku i Argentyny. Pod koniec maja Cumbia Warszawa założyła label Discos Central, którego pierwszym wydawnictwem jest kaseta Turbo Sonidero "Kumbia Varsovia" EP.

¿Sabían que el baile original de la cumbia nació en el siglo XVII en la costa del Caribe colombiano como un ritual de cortejo donde las velas encendidas tenían un propósito de protección física?
Esta danza surgió del encuentro entre las comunidades africanas esclavizadas e indígenas durante la época colonial en el delta del río Magdalena. En los primeros festejos las mujeres bailaban descalzas imitando el seseo de las olas del mar mientras arrastraban los pies, un movimiento que emulaba las limitaciones físicas impuestas por los grilletes que sus antepasados llevaban en los tobillos. El dato curioso se encuentra en la dinámica de pareja, la mujer sostiene un paquete de velas encendidas con su mano derecha no solo para iluminar el terreno abierto en las noches de fiesta, sino como una herramienta defensiva real. Si el hombre se acercaba demasiado o rompía el respeto del cortejo durante los giros musicales, la bailarina pasaba las llamas cerca del rostro de su acompañante para obligarlo a retroceder de forma inmediata. La herencia musical unió los tambores africanos como el llamador y el alegre con los instrumentos de viento indígenas como las gaitas y la flauta de millo. El término Cumbia proviene de la palabra africana cumbé que se traduce de forma directa como fiesta o jolgorio, consolidando un ritmo instrumental que se expandió comercialmente por toda América Latina a partir de la década de 1940.
