A while ago, Groove Coaster 2, a really cool rhythm game for Android, was killed by its publisher at Taito. It's a shame, but thanks to a community server, online resources and my personal findings, I could make a version which is playable offline even now! :blobcathug:

It's an app that will download and unlock all the songs so you can play the app fully offline! No need for a server!

Includes :

✅ All songs unlocked from the start (Including arcade only songs, extra difficulty songs!)
✅ All difficulties unlocked (no need to play normal to unlock hard)
✅ 99999 of each item
✅ Can play all songs offline
✅ Fixed delayed ad-lib sound
✅ Don't need root!
✅ Can chose to play on a custom server!

There doesn't seem to be much of a rhythm game playerbase on the Fediverse, unfortunately. The upside to this is that I can express my incredibly unpopular opinions without being called out, like how the Steam version of Groove Coaster is my favorite version of that game. #GrooveCoaster #RhythmGame #RhythmGames

Who else here loves arcade rhythm games, like DDR, Sound Voltex, Groove Coaster, etc?
I really like games like those :]

It’s been 7 days since #groovecoaster arcade had its servers shut down and it still kinda makes me sad, like sure I can still go play it at the nearest round1 to me but it’s not the same, I can’t scan my #nesica card and see my account and stats pop up anymore or the navigators I’ve been collecting over the years through all of just sad to see it go since it was my favorite rhythm game… I’m also bummed I won’t be able to play with people around the world now as well so many fun memories

So today on the #GrooveCoaster online event I got matched up with someone from Osaka.

...which gave me the title たこ焼き (takoyaki). Not お好み焼き (okonomiyaki)
