The mid-1990s leap from 2D games on the Nintendo Entertainment System and Sega Master System to 3D games on the PlayStation and Nintendo 64 provided for behind-the-character perspective. This let the player see farther ahead of the character than would be possible in a side or overhead view. In turn, this allowed more open-looking worlds in action and adventure games, and it gave players of racing games more realistic times to react.The leap from 1 to 4 MiB cartridges to 650 MiB discs allowed more appealing background music in a rhythm game like Parappa the Rapper or Dance Dance Revolution.

Well I went to an arcade in my city that I haven’t been to in years and it hurt my soul a little bit I was told they got a new #dancedancerevolution machine and had a game like #maimai now so I went to check it out and these are what I saw the Mai Mai game is dance cube and it hurts to play it’s also one credit and keep going until you fail so I played 9 songs in a row and easy mode will send 400+ - 600+ notes at you regardless it’s so chaotic I got number 1 on the dance cube machine though!!!!!
