J'ai vu #graveencounters 1 et 2. Bé c'est franchement pas mal. Avec une petite préférence pour le 2 grâce auquel le 1 prend un peu plus de relief.

I forgot how much this took from #TheBlairWitchProject in terms of the characters experiencing some kind of warping of time and space. It's interesting because it also feels like the 2016 #BlairWitch took some inspiration from this, so there's a kind of cycle we can actually see. The Blair Witch Project to #GraveEncounters to Blair Witch, the imitator influencing the next iteration/generation of the original.

I don't think I remembered that there are a few decent jokes in the opening of #GraveEncounters. The over the top, melodramatics are extremely well tuned to the reality of "reality tv." This shot of the four people doing serious face while this douche goes through the spiel when they get locked in is *muah* Chef's kiss.

Tossing #GraveEncounters on in the background, as I'm trying to organize what notes and research I have already for this #SatanicPanic book I'm working on. I haven't seen this movie since it first hit disc. I hope it still works. I can say the "ghost hunting TV bro" opening absolutely nails the vibe these guys throw off. It's giving me some chuckles. #horror #sunday #writers
