So the thing I will be interested to see being sorted out is the number of bsky.social handles of celebrities, brands, companies, etc. that have been “hijacked” by “fans” accounts. Bluesky doesn’t plan on having blue checkmarks so how is trademarked names going to be sorted? #bluesky #gomastodon

Fediverso voltou a aumentar muito no número de novas contas! Muito feliz de ver o movimento.
Ainda me pego voltando muito na rede do passarinho, mas cada vez que abro, sinto ansiedade demais.
Ao mesmo tempo, queria descobrir mais sobre a mecânica do Mastodon. Deixá-lo mais interativo, receber mais conteúdo Cross, etc.
Aos poucos aqui vai ficando mais interessante e ao mesmo tempo saudável.

From by avg constant growth dU/dt of Users U we can deduce that yet no self-effect of account migration has materialized.People do not migrate because others have migrated, but only due to external driver events.
I hypothesize that what would be needed to get to O(dU/dt) = t or O(dU/dt) = t² etc. is that big #bluebird influencers not only influence with Elon-critical tweets but materialize their Elon-criticism and with a bang #gomastodon.

One of the things I really like about Mastodon is how posts spread organically and not algorithmically. Frequently something I posted weeks ago will get a new flurry of likes and boosts, and not just drop into a black hole like in That Other Place. Having this happen is even more fun when it's a post I'd totally forgotten about.

A couple of billionaire buddies of Elon Musk decide they want to create a social media platform under a relatively new profit model: micro-subscriptions.
Only one problem: Twitter.
Elon says, "Hold my beer," but he is way too soon.
Elon then delays the purchase of Twitter as long as he can while the buddies prepare the new platform.
18 days after Elon finally seals the purchase, promising to "sink" Twitter and creating chaos, the buddies launch Post.News.
