In einem Meinungsartikel für die Zeitschrift Publik-Forum stelle ich die These auf, dass Elon Musk jeden X-Account als Munition gegen die Demokratie verwendet. X wurde zur Waffe (#weaponized).

Es ist völlig egal, was ein User auf X schreibt oder tut – die Spielregeln legt allein der Besitzer fest.

Ironic how shortening a product's name to one character has ultimately resulted in MORE characters being used to describe it, since everyone has to use "the app formerly known as Twitter" for anyone to know what they're actually referring to. 🤣🤦🏾

Instead, I use #led light strips around my room that I can control through #alexa.

I yawned as I told her to turn the lights on, which it appears she took as a whisper.

As my #IntroductionPost I am repeating mostly what I wrote as my #Introduction on mastodon.social before migrating to aus.social.

I am a qualified medical physicist who has recently "retired" due to ill health. I am now in remission, likely cured, and am about to chuck myself into a new journey, perhaps involving politics here in Australia.

I live in Adelaide, South Australia, and enjoy family, walking our dogs (two #greyhounds), gaming (war and role playing) and just being an at-home-dad. I am progressive and wishing to influence our politics to be more inclusive.
