I am meticulous in storing password and user names in bitwarden and also notes on authenticators and recovery codes for my online stuff. BUT I could not authenticate my login to my #protonmail android app. I set up the #gnomeauthenticator to authenticate my proton mail used via firefox in nixos. But not the #googleauthenticator does not yield valid codes for use on my android phone. Does proton mail only allow ONE authenticator app ?!?!?!? If so this is a calamity.
