We should be clear that it's wrong to consume *any* animal foods *every day*. If someone wants to do less than that, such as start with no meat on Monday (or whatever), that ought to be her/his choice and not what is promoted as the normatively right thing.

Chaque végan·e a probablement entendu ça plusieurs fois. Cela passe pour une saine approche prudente parmi celleux d’entre nous qui prennent l’éthique animale au sérieux.
Mais je pense que cette idée commune est fausse. J'ajoute que nous ne devrions jamais promouvoir le végétarisme comme moralement préférable à être omnivore.
