Time for today's Black Bean Vegan Mackerel and Rice Replacement. Super simple recipe but if you are #Jamaican you will see that the taste of the black beans is just like the taste of mackerel! Fry onion and garlic, add drained black beans, tomato sauce, Maggi seasoning and a scotch bonnet pepper, serve with rice!
