Very excited to read this recent #tea research paper. It's basically where I would have gone next if I'd kept on with tea research after my PhD (based on the title and abstract, at least). I'll *try* to find time to write a plain-English summary as a thread here when I get a chance to read it.

This week, I'm back in the Pilot Plant to finish experiments we couldn't run 6 weeks ago because of force majeure on the logistics front. I'm very excited that in 2-3 weeks' time, we will have a full dataset on these trials, but it also means the end of the fun bit and the start of A) writing the report and B) the follow-up experiments, including a 2 year shelf life study. It feels like an accomplishment and just a small step in a long process at the same time. #AltAc #FoodSci #ProcessTechnology
