  1. Just added the new Lynovation CTR2-Quad to my store shop.g7ufo.radio/s/d1fd1a if you're looking for to pick one of these up. I build and ship these from the UK.

This can act as a midi controller so any SDR software which accepts midi can be used with the CTR2-Uno, Duo or Quad, communicating via USB or Bluetooth. #icom #yaesu #kenwood #elecraft

If you have a #flexradio it can alternatively connect to the radio directly via WiFi.

  2. I’ve been attempting to get the #freedv AppImage for #flexradio running on the RPi4 I use as my Allstar Node. I couldn’t get it to decode.

Managed to get it running on my #uconsole and received ON4LX operating on #qo100.

Spoiler: there is a firewall on the Allstar Node.

  3. Fired up the #FlexRadio Maestro that I rarely use these days. Couldn't find the AC power adapter so I jerry-rigged a PowerPole to barrel adapter and connected a #DenCo battery.

  4. Can anybody help me out with suggestions for a #144mhz low power amplifier for my #flexradio.

My 6700 only provides 10dBm (0.01 watt) which isn’t enough for my #qo100 transverter. I’m looking for something to kick that up to at least 30dBm (1 watt).

I could use one of the ANT ports on the 6700 but I use both on HF and to be honest, it’s more likely I’d accidentally send 100w to the transverter by accident ;)
