In Ecuador there is gang violence. Innocent mainly black poor children are seen as such. On December 8th four African-Ecuadorian boys aged 11, 14 and 15 went to play football. They had been missing since then. There were images that 16 soldiers had taken two of them and beat them. On Christmas Eve the four were found charred near an air force base.
