Finally enough space! 😍🔧
My new DIY Eurorack case is coming together... 12U with 84HP per row, and there’s an additional fourth vertical row coming on top for another 84HP(need to get the extra rails first). So: 4x 84HP of sweet, sweet headroom. 😅
The layout is nice and curvy: 30°, 30°, 30°, and then a vertical 0° row on top — almost like a modular wave. Side panels are solid wood, cut and mounted by hand right here in the workshop. 💪⚙️

Test printing the last sizes: 16hp, 18hp, 20hp and then I think I'm ready to release the first version of #RackBlox.
Now featuring a drink koozie as well as a drink holder.
The double wall with a sealed air gap between makes for an excellent insulator and keeps your next drink cold, while you're enjoying the current one 😁

Latest prototypes look like they might be the final ones, now with an individual lid that sturdily snaps in place and can be used when joined together in a rack. Got a 4HP box done and a few others to play around. Instantly rearrangeable modular boxes: these just take a couple of seconds to reconfigure and snap back together in a very sturdy unit.
