Decided against the bike and went #running. Best decision this week. I did #Eifelsteig stage 3, Monschau to Einruhr and I enjoyed every bit of the #trail. Few icy pages, beautiful views, steep climbs. When you have some tears of joys the moment #Patientenkollektiv kicks in on the last meters of an ascent and you oversee the valley you know it’s a great day.

Very beautiful valley of Butzerbach, with a succession of several small waterfalls. And near the end of the valley 2 nice suspension bridges.

It's getting a bit difficult. I have a small pain on the bottom inside of my right foot. It doesn't trouble me very much, just a niggle for the moment.
Luckily the environment is still beautiful.
