The (apparently authorised) leak of #EdMiliband's proposed measured against #Israel is a terrible way to govern. It has been routine for decades, but it's manipulative and it's contemptuous of Parliament.

In substance, this is no "reset". The illegal occupation consists mostly of commuters to Israel. Sanctions targeting only trade with the West Bank will miss most settlers. Meaningful sanctions must hit all of Israel, and must include military & diplomatic measures.
