Just attended an impassioned keynote by Sonia Livingstone at #ECREA Audience Studies conference in Porto, reminding us that audiences are diverse, are not passive and are composed of people.
I discovered Audience Studies this year doing qualitative interviews with social media users and found it is really exhilarating and rich (and fun!)

My last conference (for now..)! #ECREA #OSC conference in #Lisbon - great location and interesting talks so far! My turn will be this afternoon.
