  1. Went into a corner shop to get myself a sandwich the other day, and saw a Daily Mail on the news stand with this headline: "LABOUR OPENS DOOR TO TRANS CHILDREN IN PRIMARY SCHOOLS"

I thought, well, that's pretty optimistic of them, but we can hope!

  6. Statement announcing Jeffrey Epstein's death emerges from files... but it's dated a day before he killed himself | Daily Mail Online

cc @krypt3ia It's the #DailyFail so meh, but it's interesting

  7. From the Daily Mail in a royal family article:

"The report in the Guardian, a little-read newspaper favoured by Left-wing republicans, failed to attract much attention until I wrote about it in the Daily Mail.”

  9. The Daily Fail says that Elon has backed down in the leopard face-eating competition.

Although it also says this: dailymail.co.uk/news/article-1

The quoted lawyer is seeking a pardon for Ghislaine Maxwell, so he's definitely not got ulterior motives in sucking up to Trump; no, no way!

  10. There’s exactly 1 narrow way that it’s true. Before widespread #WFH, attackers often had an insurmountable barrier: no way into the business network from the Internet. At the last gig (2008) where I had to visit a “workplace” regularly, inbound remote access was officially non-existent & outbound Internet access all went through restrictive web proxies.
#BYOD & #WFH’s frenzied expansion in 2020 by orgs that previously had none added attack surface.

  11. It looks like the Daily Mail has realised that when it's fake news is shared online it is quickly debunked. They are now reserving the more outrageous lies for the print edition, and using biased language rather than outright lies for the online version of the same article. Do other rightwing propaganda rags do the same?

  13. “A good way to survive on the playing fields of Hugglestones was to run very fast and shout a lot while inexplicably always being a long way from the ball. This had earned him, oddly enough, a reputation for being keen, and keenness was highly prized at Hugglestones, if only because actual achievement was so rare.”

  19. Uggghhhhh! Well I guess now we know Ryan was never all that genuine! Perhaps he did deserve all that extra cash, as he must have been completely exhausted each day after his nice-caring-fair-decent man performance!

  20. Sadly the most articles online about #DuvetKnowItsChristmas are from the #DailyFail and there is no way I'm linking to anything from that horrendous publication. Have a great Christmas folks..and if you are sleeping under a Barbie duvet cover, sharing a tiny office with gerbils or kipping in a camper van on someone's drive.. please share some photos.

  21. #Braverman’s claim about ethnicity of UK #ChildGrooming gangs was false, regulator rules

  22. The Daily Mail reports that translators and content writers are in the Top 10 of "Lazy Girl Jobs".

Apparently, they're "low stress, low effort, with lots of flexibility and freedom." Oh, and I forgot the "comfortable salaries".

Not linking to their cr*p paper - they don't deserve any more clicks. But the cheek of it!
