It looks like the Daily Mail has realised that when it's fake news is shared online it is quickly debunked. They are now reserving the more outrageous lies for the print edition, and using biased language rather than outright lies for the online version of the same article. #Czuba was represented by a public defender who told the #court the suspect was a veteran who served in the US military from 1969 to 1973 & has ongoing medical issues, incl’g a prior diagnosis of prostate cancer, that would make it "potentially difficult to accommodate him in jail."
The judge disagreed, saying Czuba remains a #threat to Shahin & "the community in general" & sent him back to #jail. He is due back in court on Oct 30.
