Well to follow up from my last couple concerning Coquito… this is magical! Wow Puerto Rico you are holding onto a great thing here! My significant other and her parents… it’s boozy! Hahaha I played it down with a bit of almond milk and they seemed to enjoy it immensely. Next years batch will be more! #coquito #cocktails #bemerry

After a weeks steep in white rum my cinnamon infusion is near its desired tone. The smell is amazing. Made the cream of coconut (1-3/4 sugar to one can coconut milk and a pinch of salt to stablize in a pan until blended). Next up the blender! Oh I can’t wait to see how this comes out! Testing on the neighbour folk as well. Spread the cheer! #coquito #bemerry #cocktails #holidays
