After returning from #MTPC, I started wondering if there would be enough @mikrotik users on this side of the Atlantic to warrant something similar. CW: Diabetes, and diet
Had my annual checkup a couple of weeks ago and, after being as high as 9 (maybe higher while not monitoring) my #A1C was 5.5!
This was due to a combination of a low #carbohydrate #diet and #Synjardy (5/1,000).
Asked my doctor for a higher dose of Synjardy but she didn't call it in, probably because my numbers were so good.
I had to call twice for the new dose, and left a message for her about wanting to eat foods like rice and beans.
Got the new meds today.
