It’s evident half the population of #Scotland must be visiting the #Boston area for #WorldCup festivities. While the Eastern coast of Massachusetts has a plethora of historic statues, I’m not certain there are enough traffic cones to satiate the #TartanArmy’s glee for bedecking public #art.
