@PaulBusch So if the Coast Guard sees a boat that they think is smuggling things in, they call the RCMP, who then send in their own boat to intercept? That seems like an unwise use of resources, particularly when the RCMP seem to be over-stretched with different tasks.

Shortly after 7 a.m. on November 5, emergency personnel responded to distress calls about a boat taking on water near the rock wall adjacent to the Encinal Boat Ramp.
