As we are experiencing unusually high temperatures in my area, I got curious about how Germany is doing compared to our neighboring countries when it comes to co2 emitted per capita and realized that despite having a comparable living standard France or the UK have ~ 48% less CO2 emissions. Now I am wondering why? Is it because our excessive car usage or huge coal power plants? #climate #climachange

Ein guter Artikel / Test über Fleischersatzprodukte. Esse selbst zwar immer wieder Fleisch ( natürlich regionaler Herkunft ), ca. 2 x die Woche und 1 x Fisch, versuche aber auch immer wieder Fleischersatz Produkte. Die JustVeg feine Extra vom Hofer ist mein Favorit für Schweizerwurstsalat, das hat noch kein Mitesser gespannt, dass die Veggie ist.
Um überzeugte Fleischesser/innen zu solchen Alternativen zu bringen, wäre es aber dringend nötig, den Preis für Fleisch und Fleischwaren deutlich zu erhöhen. Es kann ja nicht sein, dass Tiere gezüchtet, gemästet und geschlachtet werden, um deren Fleisch dann zum Schleuderpreis zu verklopfen.
Da wäre die Politik gefordert, lenkend in den Markt ein zu greifen. Schließlich ist das ja ein Schlüsselfaktor im Kampf gegen die Klimaerwärmung.
Nutzt ihr Fleischersatzprodukte bzw. was sind eure Favoriten?

Hier mal ein kleiner Exkurs zu Fakten und wie man sie Nutzen kann um einen bestimmten Eindruck zu erwecken. Nehmen wir uns mal vor der Landwirtschaft ein schlechtes Klima-Image zu verpassen, dann ziehe ich diese Lachgas Grafik (Nitrodioxide N2O) in CO2 wirkäquivalent (CO2e) hervor.
