  1. A cooler run along the wear through Durham, Threshold repeats heading back on the last one through the colleges up from prebends bridge and down Kingsgate before looping around the cricket pitch to cool down. A lovely morning.

  2. A gentle #sculling session in a single, lights on but bright enough to see. Warmer than I expected, im hoping to fit one more session in on Friday although six is starting to feel too dark to be below Elvet in a single.

  6. A change of pace on a warmer Saturday morning. 4x Bluewater #sculling on the Wear some exercises and a solid UT2 piece. The river was filling up with a lot of juniors from DARC and St Leonards school. Lovely conditions.

  7. Another #erg session as there was too much river in the river. Twice in a week is at least once too often. 35min Ut2 fingers crossed for a dry Saturday or it may be three sessions.

  8. No #TrailRunning today, instead I took the morning off to go on a short #skitour with my eldest son over the #Schartenkogel to the summit of the #Glungezer at 2677m. An easy ski tour with fantastic views, only about 10 minutes away from where I live.

The weather gods were friendly the last few days, we got some snow in the mountains. Enough to ski down in fresh #powder ... doesn't get much better!
