A gentle #sculling session in a single, lights on but bright enough to see. Warmer than I expected, im hoping to fit one more session in on Friday although six is starting to feel too dark to be below Elvet in a single.

Friday single #sculling on the Wear, marginal dawn conditions, enough light to be safe but I should probably have had lights on for the first fifteen minutes but they are still in a box at home for summer. Lovely cool conditions and not a soul on the river.

I forgot to start my watch so missing a couple of km warm up starting as we exited the pool.
A beautiful morning, cool but bright sunshine. After the session we spent a couple of hours blinging our blades, vinyl wrap rather than paint, just to see if we get better life out of it.
