I'm not exactly sure what this business across from the old Pat's in the Flats does but it reminds me of a photo I shot 20+ years ago outside of LTV steel that was at the Steelyard Commons site. They had a basketball hoop at the back of the facility with a sign that read "Shoot for Safety".
