But may have forgotten that I had the dough fermenting when I decided to hit the squat rack after class. Arrived home to a mess. As one might expect... Dough all over the container and damaged gluten.

About 20 months ago, I got my Smart Scales & figured out a healthy goal weight loosely based on a “normal range” BMI

That number looked impossible to achieve, it felt like an insurmountable ask to get down to it

17 months of kcal counting & increasing my average steps per day almost 4x, I’ve shed 40% of my body weight…

I now weigh slightly less than that target weight.

So I’m rewarding myself by having a real #CocaCola & a #CinnamonBun with (plus adding a sausage to) my breakfast #WeightLoss
