Got creative in the #kitchen. Here's the result: Elderflower #charoset with envy and cosmic crisp apples, toasted walnuts and pecans, figs, and dates, seasoned with raw wildflower honey, cinnamon, nutmeg, and cloves. Soaked with St. Germain (not kosher wine!)

Edit: The recipe called for a tsp of lemon juice. Instead, I zested a small tangerine, then squeezed the juice over the apples before mixing. Adds Zing!

I have 20 haggadahs in pdf form in Dropbox, for easy sharing, and another 30 on my bookshelf. I’m trying to decide if this is average, excessive, or if I have work to do.

I am always looking for more #charoset recipes, especially #NutFree ones.

I’m planning (at the moment) for four seders this year (all virtual) including my own. I could do more. It’s never enough.
