Got creative in the #kitchen. Here's the result: Elderflower #charoset with envy and cosmic crisp apples, toasted walnuts and pecans, figs, and dates, seasoned with raw wildflower honey, cinnamon, nutmeg, and cloves. Soaked with St. Germain (not kosher wine!)

Edit: The recipe called for a tsp of lemon juice. Instead, I zested a small tangerine, then squeezed the juice over the apples before mixing. Adds Zing!

Granny Smiths, walnuts, golden raisins, honey, lemon, cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg, and a healthy splash of Port wine. 🍏🍷🍯🍋
