  3. Missed out when a #SolarEclipse passed over my home in 1979. Forgive me, but I was minus three years old at the time.
    My father managed to get photos of it using a very basic colour camera, of the era, which my Mother has tended to joke about. But, he did what he could with what he had.
    Still think #CBCManitoba did an excellent job with their live #SolarMagic coverage of the (less hyped?) event on that cool late winter day:
