the best high-gluten flour here in the New England area is from Vermont’s King Arthur Flour Company.
USA is huge and actually has several regional flours. we don't get up here in our supermarkets the White Lily flour used in the south to make biscuits. so our biscuits up here taste and crumble differently.

USA is huge and actually has several regional flours. we don't get up here in our supermarkets the White Lily flour used in the south to make biscuits. so our biscuits up here taste and crumble differently.
