    + no electrolytes or supplements
    + temporarily satisfies food craving
    + body not cold

    - easy to overeat
    - hard to track weight progress since not eating enough to excrete daily
    - still high food craving
    - lower anti-aging benefits (autophagy, HGH)

    The x-factor in this is whether I can also continue to push muscle growth, or whether the best I can hope for is to just maintain lean body mass while losing fat. My strategy is to shift resistance training and anaerobic cardio to fed days.
