News on the #bsdbox: The article structure has been revamped. The pages have been standardised in terms of structure and a number of content updates have also been made.
- The #Nextcloud series has been completely redesigned
- The #NGINX #PHP and #PostgreSQL articles have been restructured
- I have removed the outsourcing to external data directories everywhere
- The ‘console only’ section has been moved
- Many of the diagrams are new -
Neues auf der #bsdbox: Die Artikelstruktur wurde einer Erneuerung unterzogen. Dabei wurde die Seiten strukturell vereinheitlicht und eine Reihe von inhaltlichen Updates durchgeführt.
- Die #Nextcloud Reihe wurde komplett umgebaut
- Die #NGINX #PHP und #PostgreSQL Artikel wurden anders strukturiert
- Die Auslagerung in externe Datenverzeichnisse wurden entfernt
- Der "Konsole only" Bereich wurde ausgelagert
- Viele der Diagramme neu -
Small update for my #matrix article on the #bsdbox.
An English translation has been created and added to a new article for first steps. It briefly explains what spaces and rooms are and how you can join them. With e.g. the bsd.cafe also on other servers.

#FreeBSD has a full-blown but very minimalistic virtualisation that is excellent for running other operating systems on FreeBSD. This series of articles is about the preparation and creation of virtual machines based on #BHYVE . The main focus is on #Docker containers, because this gives the Docker theme under FreeBSD a hook.

#FreeBSD hat eine ausgewachsene aber sehr minimalistische Virtualisierung, die hervorragend geeignet ist, andere Betriebssysteme unter FreeBSD zu starten. Diese Artikelreihe ist die Vorbereitung und Erstellung von virtuellen Maschinen auf Basis von #BHYVE . Hauptaugenmerk liegt dabei auf #Docker Containern, denn damit bekommt das Theme Docker unter FreeBSD auch mal einen Haken.
