#southernTier Blackwater Tiramisu Imperial Stout - Emphasis on the coffee and chocolate with a deep roasted finish. Moderately sweet with a creamy body.
#BoulevardBrewing barrel-aged Tiramisu stout - Emphasis on sweet and creamy, coffee covered by a big cinnamon pop on the finish
Depending on your life experience with Tiramisu one could go either way!

Reached for the #boulevardBrewing Bourbon Barrel Quad and then remembered the new #NewHollandBrewing Dragons Milk Tales of Gold was a similar flavor.
Had to side-by-side them! The Quad is for sure more cherry-bitters. The Golden is smoother and has the Quad notes without the cherry bite.
A worthy showdown! My wife prefers the Quad (not what I expected).
