"Once again, Beer Geeks Beat ALS is back with a ‘Mega Collab beer’... a record number of 89 participating breweries.... a 12% Imperial Stout with rosemary and sea salt. This was brewed at Poesiat & Kater in #Amsterdam.
None other than Cesar Zuiderwijk (drummer with Golden Earring) designed the artwork featured on the beer’s label."

Well that was a nice surprise at Stadsbrouwerij Staverden in Ermelo, Netherlands.
A super tasty stout with a big coffee blast, nice earthiness and subtle sweetness in the end. Highlight of the day.

It’s #stoutThursday and I got got some rye rye in my life life!
#boulevardBrewing Rye on Rye is excellent. Barrel-aged, Ruby red, spicy rye with boozy bourbon and a tart snappy finish. A gentle quadruple in disguise. Less sharp than their Sixth Glass quad.
And 13.2% to boot!

It’s is neither my birthday nor a hot day, but #prairieArtisanAles Birthday Bomb was there in the fridge. So #stoutThursday it is!
Of the Bomb varietals this is the most bitter. Still a nice mix of coffee, cacao, vanilla and chili heat.

Whether it's their Good Lord Tripel or any variation of it, it never disappoints. Well, Craftwork in general never disappoints.
