They did it again, a delightful blend of smooth coffee lead with a rich bourbon and maple body and a dark roast finish. If this is the Afterlife, I’m gonna stay a spell!

Spotted #centralWaters bourbon barrel aged Brewer’s Reserve Cherry #Stout and had to give it a whirl.
If you gave it to me blind I would never guess stout - more of a quadruple
Hugely cherry and tart with a bitey carbonated finish. Not a favorite.

Roasty malt with chocolate notes and a slight bitter smooth finish. Very nice! -
Last bottle of “Call me Old Fashioned” from #centralWaters brewing. Still strikes me as a somewhat lesser Quadruple, strong on the cherry but strong on the bitters as well.
Kept this one a hair too long as it was starting to precipitate…left the sediment behind. Probably not a refill.
