Explore Lincoln City, the tourist agency for #LincolnCity on the #OregonCoast, has for 25 years been hiding glass floats on the beach for people to find. Trying a new cider tonight: Last Camp by Graft. The can says "Honey Horchata Cider: Cinnamon and Vanilla"
Ingredients: Apples, Wildflower honey, cinnamon, cocoa powder, birch bark powder, vanilla extract
I'd describe it as semi-tart. Cinnamon and honey notes up front, then vanilla, and ending with subtle cocoa. Seems like they used tart apples to keep a lid on the sweetness. I enjoyed it, quite an interesting combination of flavors! #hardcider #craftbeer
