Pouring one out for #RogueAles tonight, though I didn't have a Rogue beer on hand, so I opened a bottle of Monk's Brew from Mikkeller. Thoughts are with all of the employees impacted by the news today of Rogue's sudden closure across its Oregon locations.

It was actually #stoutSunday yesterday, stopped into Litt Pinball Bar in Minneapolis and what to my wondering eyes did appear?
#rogueAles Chocolate Stout Nitro on tap. Creamy smooth with a light cocoa finish. Not as chocolate as I was expecting but very tasty!

When #RogueAles announced and released its new Dead Guy #IPA, there was consternation among fans that the new beer was replacing the original #DeadGuyAle. Not so! The new IPA is a line extension to the brand, while the original Dead Guy (brewed in the style of a Maibock) remains a flagship for the company.
