Just got to this scene in my current playthrough and I don't think I'll ever get tired of it. It's my go to line when I spot a bug in my house. 😆

I’ve been (re)playing Baldurs Gate 3 lately, and some things I’m enjoying:
* carrying around smokepowder barrels, placing them strategically to decimate large groups (often to start combat - you’ve 75% won already)
* void bulbing mobs into traps like glyph wards
* berserker throwing
* high level assassin build, waltzing hidden through fights picking off targets and disappearingTheres a lot of different fun ways to play, highly replayable - maybe even more fun on replays

Got into a fight with #Windows11 on my gaming laptop. Tried to kill off Delivery Optimization and windows refused. Access is Denied, as Administrator, as System even. So I asked #Claude about replacing with Linux. Just wanna keep #OpenWebUI, #BG3, #CoH, and #Ollama. Everything will work perfectly in Ubuntu thanks to #Steam. So #FuckMicrosoft. Linux doesn’t tell me “Access Is Denied” ever. Ever ever. That’s what killed Windows 11 on this gaming rig for me.

Good morning everyone 🌻 Chilly old Saturday today with the temps indicating -1 C this morning. The house is lovely and cosy though, so no complaints. I'm up early with the parrots and having a nice wee cuddle with Ziggy, who has finally settled down after another ghost watching session. Whatever it is that sets her off I really can't tell, but there's definitely something that disturbs her as the growling can attest to. Who knew parrots growl when feeling threatened? 😊
Our car broke down yesterday and is now in the local garage for repairs that are tracking well above a grand already 🥴 Seems to be the year for vehicle failures after just helping my daughter to pay for her clapped out turbo thing. There's no cheap fixes anymore either. Everything is electrical and complicated. Anyway, we are careless until at least Monday.
Coop BG3 day today, but it may turn into a single player day for me depending on whether my grandson wants to play this week or not as Grant fired up Skyrim yesterday for the first time in ages and now fancies playing that instead today. I told him to play the Anniversary Edition as he's never tried that before.
Ziggy is currently preening my face as you can see. I don't know why it suddenly requires her attention, but she is very determined to spruce me up. I have to keep my mouth tightly shut as she does this to ensure she doesn't go into it as the human mouth is a breeding ground for nasty bacteria. It's why you should never kiss your parrot on the beak either. I see people posting videos of their parrots eating food out of their mouths and it gives me the chills!
Righty-ho, my face now well and truly preened I should attempt to get Zigs to take her meds.😁

Намагався віддати артефакт тенесердої зі словами "цей артефакт?" і розробники такі .... чєл.... ми не будемо пророблювати таку ідіотію.... йди нахуй.
По ітогу верховний лорд гітіян звалює .... лол, він буквально ШУКАВ ЦЕЙ АРТЕФАКТ, КУДИ ТИ ПРЕШ!? В ТЕБЕ Є ЯКІСЬ БІЛЬШ ВАЖЛИВІ ЗАЙНЯТТЯ!? Нетфлікс ще не подивився, кохфе не випив?, і вони навіть його не ВЗЯЛИ, хоча я буквально їм його дав. мдєєєВажко бути розумово відсталим у BG3.
Прийшлося грати як адекватна людина. DISAPOINTED!!!!розробники ще забрали в мене кидок, який я в альтернативному варіанті кидав, щоб я точно не зміг нічого зробити.

До речі про мого персонажа у BG3:
1 Вона тупа, прям дуже. (буквально викрутив на мінімум інтелект)
2 Вона не розуміє концпепції одягу.
3 Вона прочитала некрономікон і не зрозуміла що там написано, через це отримала минус до кидків мудрості (єдина добре прокачана стата після agility та сили)
4 Обираю їй найтупіши діалогі, щоб підтримувати ролеплей.
5 Вона вміє прикидуватися іншими расами, щоб найобвати расистів, наприклад перетворився на гітіяну, і сказав, що усі в її партії це раби.
6 Вона як слідопит вміє спілкуватися з тваринами, але це не дуже допомогає, бо вони розуміши за неї.
7 Вона хтива збоченка яка хоче виїбати все живе радіусі ураження. Але чомусь Величезна огріха була проти приїднатися до шпілі вілі і напала.
8 В неї характер хаотично-нейтральний, тому вона спочтаку мб допоможе, але не думай що це надовго, /звук пострілу з арбалету у спину/
9 Хотів би щоб вона ще неразуміла концпецію грошей, але вона так точно не виживе у Фейруні.
10 А ще я іноді спецом обираю найгірший варіант для проходження локації/діалогу, щоб вона все зафакапила, бо це так угарно.
11 По лору Baldur's Gate 3 вона з брами балдуру. Але по мойому лору ні, і я просто не обираю усі варіанти де написано [балдурець]

Good morning Fellow Travellers on the Galactic Spiral Arm 🌌 I'm up early with the parrots today and Ziggy is currently sitting on top of my head saying "It's okay" to herself over and over as we apparently have ghosts in the living room again this morning 🤷🏻♀️ She scrambled up there - her safe place - as soon as she came out of the cage and hasn't budged since. I can see absolutely nothing that looks different or out of place, so it's definitely ghosts 😊
It's BG3 day, but we won't be playing co-op today as Grant is going to a craft beer festival with a couple of old school mates he hasn't seen since the same festival last year. So, I shall be playing my single campaign instead. Well, I say my single campaign, but really it's my latest single campaign, me having started over a number of times now. I'm determined to make this one the finishing campaign though... probably 😂
I am sticking with my current game in Stardew Valley though (the urge to start again is strong, but I am resisting it) which I'll play while I have my coffee. I'm in year 4 and have a whole big shed dedicated to mannequins for all the clothing I am making. A girl has to be well dressed while building her wine making empire after all 😁

It's BG3 day, but we won't be playing co-op today as Grant is going to a craft beer festival with a couple of old school mates he hasn't seen since the same festival last year. So, I shall be playing my single campaign instead. Well, I say my single campaign, but really it's my latest single campaign, me having started over a number of times now. I'm determined to make this one the finishing campaign though... probably 😂
I am sticking with my current game in Stardew Valley though (the urge to start again is strong, but I am resisting it) which I'll play while I have my coffee. I'm in year 4 and have a whole big shed dedicated to mannequins for all the clothing I am making. A girl has to be well dressed while building her wine making empire after all 😁

I've done #BG3 about 3 times all the way through. On my 4th run I decided to explore the evil path. I'm a goody two shoes in real life, and so that comes out in my play style. So far I have only ever done the Shadowheart redemption arc, Gale as a good guy, Astarion as non-ascendant (or once I ascended him and then left him in camp the rest of the game), etc.
Last night I did the goblin raid on the grove. It sucked. It's icky. Zevlor is like "why?" and I have no answer. They make you go into a room and kill the defenseless children, like some sick Anakin Skywalker. It sucked.
So Minthara is sexy and she gets all turned on at all the killing. And I get this sexy seduction scene. But I am totally not in the mood. I was interested in seeing what it's like to have her in my party. And I was interested in seeing the romance arc. But that was too much too fast. There was no romance arc. She leaves at the end of the celebration so it's now or never.

Good morning everyone 🌞 I'm up early with the parrots today and have just put Ziggy in after a brief cuddle, and some biting, since this morning she has decided that my right hand offends her and has been attacking it. No idea what the poor hand has done to deserve this, but she's rightly miffed by it that's for sure. I often think that they should send us parrot people to the first encounter with an alien race. We're definitely the most experienced in alien behaviour that's for sure 😂
I finally managed to track down the missing yarn delivery that Royal Mail say I had asked to be left in my safe place ( I hadn't since we were home all day) which turned out to be stuffed behind a neighbour's pot plant on their back step, so I'll be able to make a start on the competition toy tomorrow as well as working on the latest crochet order.
Today is co-op BG3 day though. Last week we had an absolute blast in the Mausoleum, figuring out puzzles and taking on, and defeating the Orthon, which was really tough - both Gale and Shadowheart were dead by the end and Ethera perilously close to it. Even Grognak was on low health and not a healing spell or potion between us. But we managed it in the end; Ethera using her flying ability to stay out of reach of the merregons and recasting Call Lighting and Grognak just battering the heck out of everything 😊 Looking forward to more adventures today!
