why isn’t there a Bay Wheels dock on Cortland atop Bernal? seems to be a painfully obviously place to have one given, you know, e-bikes and hills, vs me arguing with Bay/Lyft support each time about the $2 penalty for not docking… where there are no docks
they should charge based on the elevation-based potential energy of the bike when you dock it. they should pay *us* for leaving it up on a hill
