    They're doing the session below which is conducted by #LynetteReid, a Canadian bioethicist.

    Lynette's descriptions are amongst the best I've found after searching widely. Usually not confounding.

    The #Feldenkrais hashtag has a link to #LearnToLearn, Moshe's own suggestions on how to optimise an Awareness Through Movement session.

    I use exercise / physical work to regulate my psychology.

    I have concerns about getting to where that no longer is readily available as I age or have a accident/disease.

    Some proportion, of the psych regulation I can get from doing #Feldenkrais #AwarenessThroughMovement ( a #PseudoScience, #AlternativeMedicine, "Worse than yoga" according to #Wikipedia ). Calmness and smoothness is appreciated but the lack of endorphins allows dysphoria to emerge quicker.
